Which London club has the best striker

5* Arsenal (Giroud/Podolski)
4* Chelsea (Torres/Ba/Lukaku)
3* Fulham (Berbatov)
2* Tottenham (Defoe/Adebeyor)
1* West Ham (Carroll)

This is not about the best set of options, but instead about who the best striker currently is at a London club. That's why I haven't bothered with the likes of Rodallega. They're only distinguished by team in order to fit in all the candidates.

I know 3 of these teams are all interested in buying a new CF (because it's an area of weakness in the side), but at the moment if all 3 fail to sign someone else, as unlikely as that may be, who's got the best CF?
