Golden Boot

Good Afternoon Gentleman!

This may have been done, but as it stands who do you think will win the Golden Boot award for the upcoming season?

There are many contenders, the main ones I feel are Robin Van Persie, Luis Suarez, Gareth Bale, Edin Dzeko & Sergio Aguero. Then you always get the surprise packages like Michu & Benteke.

If Suarez & Bale stay in the PL, I think the top three scorers this season will be the same as last season.. with Suarez & Bale coming just behind RVP once more.

Who do you think will get it, and will there be any surprise contenders this season?

I think he would it's just Gerrards penalty record is pretty impressive so he just allows the captain to take them.

I think also Soldado has to be in with a chance!

However I do think RVP will win it again providing United are consistent under Moyes!

Negredo had to be in with a shout.
unproven and Aguero may play more.
I just think if he hits the ground running and as most prem defenders won't be familiar with him, he could prove to be a handful...
I'm also sticking my neck out with Bony being up there.

RVP

Suarez won't have enough games to win it. If/when he does come back he'll probably need time to get back to prime sharpness (I didn't mean his teeth) as his game is all about twisting and turning etc, will have too much ground to make up.
