Tim Sherwood

I am not Tim's greatest fan, but he has a valid point in that he has done the job that was asked of him when he took over from AVB.

Has he though?
He told everyone in not so many words that he had one mission and that was to secure top 4.

While he has done a decent job I think he either needs a very good mentor to come in for support next season or stop been so pig headed and spend a couple of seasons as an assistant to a more experienced manager

He has abandoned any defending in search of goals.

He is an embarrassment every time he opens his trap to the media

His tactics / system are non existent

His team selections are a joke. As are his substitutions most of the time

He has alienated/ made daft comments about several players

He is lucky that we have one or two players that are individually good enough to get us out of trouble each game after Sherwood fails to prepare us for the game. Explaining why we went behind in 8 games in a row or something stupid like that

I've begun to admire Tims honesty in the last few weeks, he is correct when he says all we care about is big names. I don't give a monkeys who plays as long as they work hard and fight .

What, because he speaks honesty, and answers the questions put to him instead of "Errrrr....errr".

I find it very refreshing to see a manager speaking his real thoughts and not the text book "hard done by" reactions we get from managers today. I hate all this "I didnt see it" lark, or "Its never our own fault we lost/drew" excuse.

Tim just summarises the game as we all saw it - nothing more - nothing less. Keep it up Tim .

Thought the remit was to steady the ship from a feared PL nosedive that led Levy to sack AVB.
And that has been done, no.
