No... If you could ask someone IF we are able to build a machine capable of travelling to the 'end' of the universe then you would know whether to start trying to figure out how to build such a thing. I'm not asking multiple questions, but they would be the questions answerable based on whether the first question was a 'yes' or 'no'.

that's absurd how can you tell if there are other civilisation in the world apart from us

The 'meaning of life' thing has been done to death, as have questions about the 'universe', non-earth life, human civilisation -which, to paraphrase Mohandes, would be a "good idea" - and the ubiquitous "what are this weeks lottery numbers"?

However, the one queston I would really like to ask concerns the one thing I really don't understand, and that is .............
