Jimmy Bullard will go to the Premier League, I think someone like QPR was looking at him. I cant remember which team it is now, maybe Bolton......
the point is he will go to the Premier League and earn Premier League wages.

Well he's just signed for Ipswich on a 2 year deal, they must have more ambition than us!

That's why it's in order of preference.
And since when did signing a new contract have any bearing on anything?
All this aside, Derby County aren't signing any more players this transfer window anyway, so there's as much chance of us signing any of them as there is us signing Xavi and Iniesta.

Good shout & another captain. I thought the same over the summer but then he signed a new contract. Wouldn't come cheap, £1m+ at least.
I think though we need a wise/old head along youth & say Oakley would be a good signing in the short-term.

I'd absolutely love Liam Trotter. Went down to the den last season and he stood out as the the games best player by a mile and I rarely notice opposition players as i'm always looking at ours.
He's also added a couple of goals to his game this season (1 against the red dogs) and he's still young so will get alot better.
If I was Derby manager he'd be the first player i'd go for. Got a good career in front of him that one.

Mostyn we have got a mid field player who can do a holding role, Mile Addison. You know how you tell me what Tom Glick says sometimes, well I got told by someone we had to get him off the wage bill and Barnsley are paying part of his wage with Derby paying the rest. Apparently Nigel had no option but to let him go to Barnsley on a 6 month loan.
The answer to your question, I would have Mile Addison in there, but like I say Nigel Cloughs hands are tied, they need to get the wage bill down further, that's why they're still trying to get rid of Bywater and Leacock

Tosh.
He needed match fitness and we needed a makeweight in the Shackell transfer.
Not everything's a conspiracy.

How do you know that PP - because Tom Glick told you?

My minds boggling at big Miles being a 'makeweight'

TBF, I think Piccolo has a point about the Shackell transfer. I don't know so, but it makes sense, Barnsley needing a replacement decent defender and all.
