Jesus wept.......Just seen some comments on another article like "sell him" "he's shiiiite" "Nani is better" etc
ADM has been harshly judged by his price tag IMO.
Has he lived up to the billing so far? No he hasn't. Is he worth the £60m we paid. Almost certainly not. Remember why we had to pay that money too (Moyes 7th place finish fiasco) He was never ever going to be worth £60m. He's a very good player but he was probably worth £40-45m at the very most. That isn't his fault one bit either.
Just look at his last 3 games for us:
Arsenal H - Best player on pitch first half. Great cross for Rooney header and had Arsenal's full back in knots. Saw the red mist in second half through frustration and rightly sent off.
Spurs H - Suspended.
Liverpool A- Came on and immediately made a difference. Ball over top for the Mata volley.
Villa H - Came on and less than 10 mins after doing so, has an assist yet again to his name.
So that's 3 assists / telling contributions in his last 3 games for us. Not bad is it?
He also only second behind Rooney in terms of goals + assists for Utd this season and 2nd overall behind Fabregas in PL assists.
People need to realize it's his first season in the PL, he's had off the field issues this season with the break in at his family home and give the guy a break ffs. He's not actually doing that badly.
I'm certain he'll still become a big success at this club.
Treatment of Di Maria on here........

I think ADM just edges Nani. Nani was really poor for 3 seasons.
If ADM is still here next season I will expect bigger things from him.

Nani is far better then Di Maria at shooting.

di Maria getting criticised is pretty hilarious!
Only the 10 assists this season in the Premier League in his debut season under a Manager who's only had the team playing properly in the last 3 games.
But hey, to keep in with the stupid comments:
Obertan > di Maria

We've got more chance of becoming PL champions and heck even CL winners again in the future with ADM in the side ahead of the likes of Young n Nani.
The Young fans don't like to hear this......but he's in the team for his defensive work more than anything. His end product is no where near as good as Di Maria. However in fairness to Young he does put a shift in and works back well. However for a Utd winger, I have much much higher standards than that. 1 goals in 14 months speaks volumes. Squad player.

He's not a bad player, that is obvious.
it is just that he not a great EPL player, that may be down to needing at least a whole season to adapt or something he may just not be up to.
always maintained, no player from a non northern european league should be thrown in to the mix of the EPL at the kind of ambitious club MUFC should be.
pinch the good ones from other EPL clubs, that's the best way

I'm not writing off a player that has a proven track record and that has shown glimpses of utter brilliance this season.
Falcao on the other hand......I don't think is an ability thing or even adapting thing. I honestly think that injury has ruined him. Such a shame.

It's irrelevant of whether they have come from a Northern European league or not, every player reacts differently because of the number of factors that can effect every single individual, not just on the pitch but off it too.
Sanchez and Costa are 2 examples this season of Latin based players who like di Maria have moved from South American to Europe and then onto the PL and they have adjusted perfectly well. Every player is different.

Some of the comments about Di Maria are just pathetic.
I really worry about this board

Not a 'Young fan' but that is why he is in the team. He is the new Park. He works well with Blind and Fellaini on that side. He adds balance on that side. Di Maria will still do good in stats but we cannot always carry players who are our of form. would prefer Di Maria in the side but that may mean changing shape and balance.

Heisenberg, you are a fool. If you say he is out of form OK. But to say he is one of the worst players to pull on a United shirt just makes you look ridiculous.

Heisenberg is an awful poster.
