Looking at Celtics solid finances these days would it be worth pushing that boat out a little further to try and compete at the top level, the big daddy of them all, the champions league?
Personally I don't think so, I think a little investment might be required in certain areas, but its always been a bonus for me, as long as we don't get humped in all games.
Rangers fans, do you think Dave King and co will go all out and invest big to try and win the Petrofac cup?
As its went thus far you guys have had as much success in that tournament as Celtic have in the champions league, would it be worthwhile splashing the cash, or asking big mike to generously loan u more money to get the talent you need to succeed in this illustrious tournament?

Marc..The Champions league is essential to keep Celtic afloat along with selling a player for 10 mil a season. Although we sell ST at the 45 mark, very rarely do we get that number at CP, so revenue is lost thru catering, corporate, cheaper/frozen ST's etc. I read somewhere that 50k+ is required each home game to make it work.

I was relieved when Mike Ashley was chased from Ibrox. With his loans Rangers could have been a force again.
