They could train at Lennoxtown next to our first team and we could build a casino and hotel where their ramshackle stadium sits.

a vast majority of Rangers will will still be happy he isn't calling the shots, and even more happy when he doesn't have anything to do with the club any more

We should never regard the Champions League as a bonus- we should regard it as essential.

Perhaps you could argue that any wins we pick up from it are a bonus, but actually qualifying should be everything to us.

I reckon you are completely wrong.

I think we can see that ultimately he has been extremely bad for Rangers and only good for Mike Ashley. I reckon regardless of timescale or chain of events he would prove extremely bad for Rangers, as is being proved at the moment. He would never have been good for the long term good of Rangers as he doesn't give a hoot for the club. This has also been proved without doubt.

He would only ever have been good to Rangers as long as it had use for him, then other than that he would try his best to shaft the club, as has also been proved.

It is not essential financially, but we're a football club first and foremost.

And of course £20m in revenue clearly adds a great financial prize.

I think the fact we have no silly tours this summer shows how much the board are concentrating on getting back in.
