Would you miss Jose, if...

he's sacked?!
The poor results, the unnecessary mind games, the bickering, the blame game, his stubbornness, the fights, his arrogance...the list goes on.
When you consider all these factors, assuming he's sacked, will you miss him?

Personally, at this juncture, I can't tell if I'd miss him or not.
It's been one problem to the other for Jose this season.
The worst part is that, some of these problems are avoidable.
One word to describe Jose's third season so far at Chelsea...CHAOTIC!

Back to the question, assuming Roman finally loses his patience with Jose, due to lack of improvement in all departments, and Jose finally gets the sack, would you miss him?

Be careful what you wish for.

It needs to be remembered that only now is he looking mortal and fallible in terms of success. This situation with him is almost unprecedented where a Mourinho team is just above the relegation places. All those years of having the midas touch wasn't luck, it was acumen and just because it seems to have deserted him temporarily doesn't mean that we should too.

Having said that, he needs to get those facking cants out of the team. We all know who they are. They seem as if they think that they are un-droppable.

the way i see it is our current players would burst into tears with a telling off instead of trying to prove the manager wrong

players need a bonding plss up lively. before they get further apart from each other and start a us and them scenario. if that hasn't happened already that is

Admittedly, Jose is a jerk at times. However, he
has a controversial personality which can be good for the game at times. I can't imagine 20 PL managers with a personality similar to Arsene Wenger.

Tremendously, and people who assume they wouldn't are fooling themselves. Do people even remember how divided we were as a club before he returned? The ownership were directionless and we were disillusioned with the management.

If he arrived to us in 2013 as just the formal Real Madrid, next big name manager to take a stab at the poison choice then a debate could be raised. But Jose Mourinho is worth SO much more to us. We're in the middle of our worst season to a season in two decades and yet 606 and other Chelsea related forums aren't being spammed with anti-management threads, our support isn't calling for his head, the media aren't glorifying this nearly as much as you'd expect, etc... this is our guy, has been since 2004 whether he was in the job or not.

If we sacked Mourinho now, we can effectively rule out ever having stability under Abramovich.

Sadly I think people forget. We were all over the shop prior to José returning.

Went from AVB to DiMatteo to Rafa in the space of a few crazy months. Yes we won the CL and then the EL in that time but in the PL we were an absolute mess and had been for a while and nobody considered us a genuine threat for the title.
