Depends if the new manager still played fabregas and ivanovic. Mourinho shouldn't be playing them but atlesst its mourinho. But if mourinho keeps playing them then I wouldn't be too fussed anymore. Not like the first time when I was in shock
Not as much as the fans of other clubs.
What the feck would they all have to moan about.
Just look at us and Rodgers white wall with him gone I don't know what fans of other clubs will talk about!

The Tottenham board will be dead now he has gone.
If he was sacked or walked, who would Chelsea fans like to see him replaced with?
I dont think there is anyone left that would want the job and we havnt already tried.

Probably someone like Hiddink or Capello as a short term until the summer.
Then more begging to Pep.

I'd be devastated, angry, disappointed and upset if we sacked Jose.
Any club that sacks a world class manager after a few years is a joke and I'd bet my house that if we kept Jose in charge from his first tenure then we would have won more than what we did without him.
Pep can do one, not impressed by him at all, he's basically AVB but even luckier with the fact he was at Barca not Porto.
He's taken Bayern back a step aswel, Jupp Heynickes' Bayern team was unreal and then Pep rocks up, changes the sytle and surprise surprise they got smashed by Real and Barca in 2 separate seasons in the champions league.
I do not want Pep
I'd say plenty of managers would happily take the Chelsea job with the squad in place. Plus s new manager would get backed by Roman and could also generate funds though player sales.
Jose is very possibly going to go down as the greatest manager of all time. Last season he won us our first premier league title for 5 years (not to mention the carling cup.) There is a not a single manager on this planet that can offer a CV as good as his.
Things are going really badly right now. Possibly as bad as it has been since Abramovic came in. And he should definitely harbour the majority of the blame for this.
But to think he should be sacked after 8 games after everything he has done, not only for this club but in his managerial career, is mind numbingly stupid.
It baffles me how people can’t understand how lucky we are to have him. He may not be perfect and may make what appear to us to be obvious mistakes but ultimately he should be judged on his achievements and up until now this has been near enough flawless.
Stop with all this knee jerk reactions, get behind the team and have faith that one of the greatest managers of our time will have the capacity to get us out of this.
We have been one of the best funded teams in the Premiership since Abramovic took over. He have attracted some of the finest managers in the world. And during that time, how many times have we won the Premiership without Mourinho at the helm?
Once.
Do I want him to carry on as manager? Damn right I do, as long as whatever kind of nonsense is going on behind closed doors gets sorted out. If that means weathering the storm over the next few months, and shipping certain players out come January (or sticking them into the reserves to rot) then he has my full support.
He hasn't suddenly become a bad manager. Sort the problems out (and there MUST be something going on) and the good results will return.
Your best manager ever and you're not sure if you'd miss him? FFs
my mate phoned early yesterday. He said have you got the radio on I said no why? He said they've sacked Jose. My heart sank. I just kept saying no no, when will Roman ever learn. My mate kept this up for a couple of minutes before coming clean so I know I'd be gutted.
Don, couldn't have said it better myself mate
If José leaves we can probably kiss goodbye to winning the title again anytime soon.
Do not underestimate the size of the achievement of Jose coming back when we were basically a sinking ship and winning us our first title in five years.
We were going nowhere as a club prior to José's return and we weren't remotely close to winning the the title in that time.
José is not a humble man but he undoubtedly speaks the truth when he says he is the best manager we've ever had and in my opinion ever will have.
Wish him gone at your peril.
i will be keeping a Very close eye on Brendan as Scousers have Thrown him away like their Educations
Be careful what you wish for.
It needs to be remembered that only now is he looking mortal and fallible in terms of success. This situation with him is almost unprecedented where a Mourinho team is just above the relegation places. All those years of having the midas touch wasn't luck, it was acumen and just because it seems to have deserted him temporarily doesn't mean that we should too.
Having said that, he needs to get those facking cants out of the team. We all know who they are. They seem as if they think that they are un-droppable.
the way i see it is our current players would burst into tears with a telling off instead of trying to prove the manager wrong
players need a bonding plss up lively. before they get further apart from each other and start a us and them scenario. if that hasn't happened already that is
Admittedly, Jose is a jerk at times. However, he
has a controversial personality which can be good for the game at times. I can't imagine 20 PL managers with a personality similar to Arsene Wenger.
Tremendously, and people who assume they wouldn't are fooling themselves. Do people even remember how divided we were as a club before he returned? The ownership were directionless and we were disillusioned with the management.
If he arrived to us in 2013 as just the formal Real Madrid, next big name manager to take a stab at the poison choice then a debate could be raised. But Jose Mourinho is worth SO much more to us. We're in the middle of our worst season to a season in two decades and yet 606 and other Chelsea related forums aren't being spammed with anti-management threads, our support isn't calling for his head, the media aren't glorifying this nearly as much as you'd expect, etc... this is our guy, has been since 2004 whether he was in the job or not.
If we sacked Mourinho now, we can effectively rule out ever having stability under Abramovich.
Wow, so many typos in that message. Damn

Sadly I think people forget. We were all over the shop prior to José returning.
Went from AVB to DiMatteo to Rafa in the space of a few crazy months. Yes we won the CL and then the EL in that time but in the PL we were an absolute mess and had been for a while and nobody considered us a genuine threat for the title.
