Celebrate good times, come on!

At the moment, Monk is sounding like a broken record, the players look jaded, and no-one feels worried about playing us. It's a disappointing end to a very good season. But where are Cellino and Radrizzani?
The issue for me is not so much about Monk or the players, but about the club as a whole. Maybe it's a cultural difference, but the directors have not embraced our ethos and have not seized the initiative in bringing the club, players and supporters together.
None of this requires money. Rather, it is what the club does behind the scenes, to value players and staff, to say to them at different times, you are making this club great again. I just do not get the sense from LUFC that they understand or appreciate what this group of players and the management team have achieved this season. When Garry stood up and said, we are finally a team the city of Leeds can be proud of, the silence from the club was deafening. You could see what he was trying to do, but the directors missed the invitation to come on board.
There have been key moments in the past couple of months where the club could have said, Wow! This is amazing! Thank you so much for making this a great team to support/play for/belong to!
Pontus connecting with the fans, beating Wednesday away, Brighton at home. Garry has stood up on every occasion, but where was our club when we could have celebrated together? And how much easier is it to play for a club that celebrates success instead of going into meltdown every time we lose?
This is what you see when Fulham and Huddersfield and Wednesday are playing, that sense of celebration. That's why they are in the play-off positions, and we are not. They just look more united than we do.
