People are being negative for the sake of it about this league. Would you rather watch Palace vs Burnley or Madrid vs United???

We can still support our team and watch them play.

Battle lines would be drawn then and no mistake. I was surprised by the organisers format in which all clubs in the ESL would continue with their normal domestic schedule. A tad presumptuous.
Make a stand. Throw them out. Football supporters of whichever club do not deserve this. If ever there was a time to stand together as one, it is now.

Agree with this as well. Never happen though. The Premier League won't devalue their product to that extent as a punishment, they've still got rights to sell.

they'll treat the pl like they treat the league cup.
kick them out and when the super league fails charge them entrance fees to rejoin.

getting top 4 is all that matters to basically 10 teams as it is, nothing to do with the PL, just getting into Europe

Already addressed that. What is it about the death of domestic football and the removal of competition is it that so arouses you Lurker? I've noticed that you've come down on the side of the Glazers a disproportionate number of times on this site. Are you related to them? Or do you just find them sexy?

Noises are that the clubs involved will be banned from all domestic competitions. Their players banned from internationals.

The ESL will become like the Chinese League and the way the U.S was a few years back, some 30 something technically gifted players getting a pension with the numbers made up with 6, 7 or even 8 sub championship quality journeymen.

Wow everyone will be excited to watch that.
