3 years to the day since Steven Gerrard was appointed Rangers Manager.
Been a bit of a rollercoaster 3 years but safe to say he's done a better job than most people would have imagined. There's an obvious argument that if you said 3 years ago that in this time he would have one trophy to show for it then it might be branded a disappointment, but given the one trophy is the one we wanted most and there has been progress year on year domestically and in Europe I don't think it holds water.
Amazingly he's now the longest serving Manager in the top flight, and hopefully it looks like he will be here for another couple of years.

Old Firm colt teams could be playing in the SPFL pyramid next term after the Lowland League confirmed it is in "productive" talks with Celtic and Rangers over a one-season invite.
The Lowland League says the proposal, which is at an early stage, would aid its clubs, the Old Firm youngsters' development, and the Scottish game.
SPFL clubs would have vote in favour.
