It’s an argument now but at their peak Cavani wins hands down.

Still think a fully fit Cavani is a better player.

And comparing them on the assumption that Lukaku would score in France when Cavani actually scored more in Italy is a bit strange also.

Why would I be making an argument at their peak. I am making an argument on them now, and right now Lukaku is much better!!! Anyone that wants to argue this needs help.

He also scored more on what basis?? Are we comparing them on their first season in which case you are waffling, or are we comparing the 8 seasons Cavani had there compared to Lukaku's 2??? In which case how does one make a fair comparison??

He has scored more because he played there 8 seasons compared to 2 for Lukaku. Surely this is not difficult for you.
