We’ve probably not had this problem over the years, but seems like there are plenty of people out there with dodgy intentions when it comes to leeds tickets.
Tickets released for Everton game today to members. Sold out within 2 hours (as expected). But few hours later there seems to be plenty available on non-lufc related websites going between £150-£200 per ticket. Hopefully this is something can be dealt with quickly. Shambles

Mad that it’s so easy to buy and sell tickets online then isn’t it! I had no idea the police had a law that could prevent it happening.

Leeds have introduced a new ticketing policy - if you can’t go to a game then you can go via ticket exchange and the club reimburse the cost.

I’m aware and a great policy. That’s all that we need at Leeds.
Should still be able to give your ticket to your neighbour though. And would be nice for Leeds not to have to go through a load more checks on entry to the ground because it would take forever.
If tickets were prevented from being sold on the websites like they are then it would make it much more difficult for ticket touts to make profit and therefore make it not worth the risk to buy them in the first place.
If the problem does grow at Leeds then the club will have to do something but it will be a nightmare at the ground so hopefully doesn’t need to get that far.

I wonder how they will work it? Not holding up much hope it will be done well but who knows?

Only case your a member that dosent make you a fan.
If you can sell the tickets you get for each game at 2 or 3 times their value, potentially more for the big games and derbies, you can easily cover your membership cost.
Don't look at membership as a "fan thing" see it more as a "business expense" for these people.

Good statement from the club and all they can do.
Given that Sol has pointed out it's already illegal it should be the police doing this though.

The touts will just buy more false memberships, acquire more tickets. Repeat. They have been doing it for years with Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Sccuummmm. Easy to try and deter but impossible to stop.
