Don’t worry, Arsenal will let everyone know when they are ready to play the game, preferable when they have a fully fit squad and all their players back from the ACON, and maybe one or two new signings from the Jan window. No rush, whenever it feels ok for them the rest of the league will work around it.

Get a life!

A loan doesn't happen overnight. There's negotiation, paperwork, etc before it's announced. That loan was probably agreed before they got covid.

The rule is 13 players and a goalkeeper I think. Arsenal didnt have that.

Liverpool did but they conveniently had a bunch of statistically unlikely false positives.
