I think we both know I’m right in that they will charge re each offence once they have grounds to.

It’s unlikely any of the charges would go to trial before they manage to finish their investigations anyway, meaning any subsequent charges could be included.

You're crazy mate. We have seen with Mendy that he was charged at the same time for alleged offences against different women at different times. Why would it be any different with Greenwood, when as far as we know all of his counts relate to one person? That would make zero sense. Probably best at this point to admit that you know absolutely nothing about the justice system and are just guessing.

Seeing as you are so confident in your opinion, you will be able to provide me with proof to back up your statement above. Some kind of protocol from the CPS would do it. I mean, I have provided you with a link that specifically says that they investigate each and every count before bringing charges, but feel free to produce something that contradicts this.

I mean, what are you actually basing your opinion on?

I haven't said that I think there is. I have pondered at to whether there might be. Either way, your statement that the police must charge when they have grounds, irrespective of other charges being investigated, is incorrect.

Thus the fact that Mason hasn't yet been charged doesn't tell us anything. These kinds of cases always drag on and all we know is that the investigation is ongoing.

I notice that you didn't provide any evidence to back up your statement or info as to what you are basing your opinion. Just a wild guess was it?

They dont hold off indefinitely, they will charge eventually ofnthey have frojnds, irrespective of other, ongoing, investigations.

No one has said that they hold off indefinitely. No idea why you keep repeating that. They will hold off until they have investigated each and every count. At this this point, the investigation hasn't really been going on that long and they have another 2 months before they even have to worry about applying for an extension.

But please, tell me how you know more than the CPS and a serving police office on this matter. I'm truly intrigued, you absolute weapon.

I'm not on the investigation, I've no idea how long it will take.

This really will depend upon how the laws are applied. I suspect he will be charged.
