When do we want it?

Now!!

A structure and a plan.

Then we need to get in the right management team to execute said plan.

We need owners and a board who want the club to succeed on the pitch as much as they want us to get another long term multimillion pound Thai toothbrush supplier sponsorship deal.

I know in this day and age you need money and to spend it well, to be successful on the pitch. But the commercial side has been priority for far too long.
It’s not acceptable to just be happy with finishing 4th most years as long as the revenue is a desirable level.
Fans want to watch good football, from a team who looks like they want to play for the club, with 100% effort. And trophies will follow at some point.

We also need players who want to win on the pitch, to ultimately earn / despite having a huge wage. The attitude and application stinks, or so it seems from most of them.

I really don’t know what that means specifically behind the scenes, but we’ve put up with this craaap for far too long now

What I really want is more questions. I don't feel like people ask enough questions on this site.

Jon

The Glazers want success, thats why they have authorised such a huge spend.

Yes commercial deals are important to us, but they always have been. What club arent they important to?

And i dont see how the owners or board can be held responsible for the players poor attitude / application / effort.

We need someone like me in that boardroom. My level of acumen in both business and football would really start to set things straight.

Do the Glazers even know what success looks like?

Being able to use Utd as an ATM is success to them.

We have a structure. (Chief Exec, Director of Football, Manager)

We have a plan (top young talents, complimented by world class signings)

We need a plan that is constructed by people with an understanding of football. Not marketing money men.
