Whoever is manager needs to be able to shape the team in their image. At the moment it’s, here’s what we have, make it work. Mega money signings that don’t actually fit in to the style of play a manager wants.

Klopp and Pep were given free rein to dispose of who they didn't want and every player that plays on the pitch for them is there because they want them there.
You're right in the fact it isn't instant and takes time and multiple windows. Problem with a lot of fans is they expect everything to happen just like that.
Whoever comes in needs to be allowed to say they don't want such and such player and do want such and such player. Not decisions made by other people.
Big problem for us is the ridiculous wages we pay when it comes to trying to get rid.
