Sky Pundits

For me as a neutral (well not really) the most disappointing aspect of Uniteds Saturday game was the pundits. If ever a game which proved to be the ultimate banana skin was crying out for the full fury of a Roy Keane then this was it.
Instead we get some girl stood there like a rabbit in the headlights as Jamie sketchers Redknapp tries to defend the indefensible and Gary Neville says it how it really is. I would have paid good money to see RK pick the bones out of that one.

It's basically like some random bloke muscelling in on a Loose Women debate about menopause.

I think Keane could pull that off

That is exactly the point he was making and that is why he said even if they (pundits on show) owned the club the money will be spent.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
With the context being that people like to excuse the Glazers of accountability by saying 'but look how much money they've spent!' It is a nonsensical excuse because, whether or not you want to argue with it being their money or the club's, it is ultimately up to them to put the structures in place to ensure that money gets spent effectively - something that they've completely failed to do.

"Gary is right, it is the Glazers fault that De Gea can't play out from the back, apparently Avram personally demanded Eriksen played as a defensive midfielder despite never playing there in his entire career, and Joel Glazer arranged for Lisandro Martnez to be kept in a tupperware container for the first 4 years of his life as he thought a 5'7" centre back would be perfect in a league where an average of 11.9% of assists are crosses. Glazers Out!"

Jamie made some fair points
----------------------------------------------------------------------

He was right in everything he said. As was Neville. Some people don’t understand this on here but there can be two correct sides to a conversation.

ETH certainly put this on the players by what he did to them yesterday.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I too want the Glazers out. The argument of keeping Ed Woodward too long is a fair one. But this idea Manchester United battered by Brentford and Neville talking about facilities.

I have time for Gary Neville but to this day I don't understand the issue with the Glazers. They bought the club like many people buy properties. They have kept up their payments. The money that we have spent is THEIR money. This idea that it is not their money is ridiculous!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I tend to agree with a lot of that.

They clearly aren’t blameless but it’s easy to fully blame them after so many failed regimes but every manager was given enough money to succeed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The bottom line is that the Glazers left an incompetent, from a football perspective, person in charge of the running of the club. And have replaced him with someone of the same ilk.

But you have to hold the players to account as well.

If Brentford players ran a collective 11 plus kilometers more than our players then what ETH did yesterday was good news.

Looking at someone in the eyes seems to be an issue in the UK this weekend with Redknapp and Tuchel both offended by guys not doing this.

Ed leaving and then appointing someone who was internal and part of the same failed regime wasn't exactly going to shake things up much. Is there any surprise the club still, if not more incompetent than before.

The external appointment they did bring in, who told them how out of touch they are with modern football, they got rid after 6 months. Doesn't look like any of senior management have a clue.

From the outside looking in, and this is no wum, believe me, should a potential buyer of the club hove into sight, they’ve got to told, in no uncertain terms, that as ‘true’ ManU supporters, you, and not this buyer, will decide how where when and why money has to be invested in the club.

If this buyer can’t agree to those terms, they should be barred from making the purchase, because the current lot, the Glaziers didn’t and that’s why everything’s gone wrong.

Despite the fact that they apparently hired, in good faith, people who they thought would and could run the club couldn’t, so it’s all their fault.

Have I got that right?

Good luck on appointing the next owner of ManU who will succumb to your order.

Bland Vanilla boys 'Look at me when I'm talking to you' moment was a desperate plea to stay relevant in a pond with bigger more important fish. He just fades into the back ground, bottom of the barrell aging pretty boy with nothing to say and zero edge.

Carra, Souness,Keane and Neville are the stars. Even the female pundits are more relevant in today's society. Jamie fails on both fronts. Yes they were both right but Redknapp is and always has been a cringe inducing pundit. 5h 1t awful.

Roy Keane would probably die if he was pundit in every game.
He'd literally blow a gasket and have a heart attack live on TV, especially if redknapp says "look into my eyes when I'm talking to you"
