Just had 8 days driving Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and San Marino. Probably won't visit Italy again after around 5-6 speeding fines from cameras, no idea on cost but won't be cheap

Back in the UK for 5 days before heading home.

Yeah, the rail system throughout Europe is fantastic. We had my dear old 86 yr old mum with us though, can't walk far, handle jostling crowds etc so it was easier to drive.

Try driving along the Amalfi Coast in a train.

I'm going to Manchester, Copenhagen, Netherlands, Ireland, and Hannover in the next 3 months. Some on my own, some with my boys. Looking forward.

Of course if she's the reason they're driving. Heade her pay all the tolls on the AutoVia too.
