There are often debates about who the best and most entertaining teams to watch are, in Europe. So I thought I would look at the data and determine once and for all, the best/most entertaining teams.
I looked at the total goals involving each team, from each of the top flights of leagues around Europe (the highest in each league), so total of goals scored + conceded = most entertaining teams to watch (by definition because we watch football for goals).
Top 10 best/most entertaining teams in Europe 24/25:
1. PSV - 91 goals
2. Dundee - 90 goals
3. Spurs - 85 goals
4. Barca - 84 goals
5. Westerlo - 82 goals
6. Bayern - 81 goals
7. Fenerbahce - 77 goals
8. Inter - 75 goals
9. PSG - 73 goals
10. Sporting L - 71 goals
As you can see above, the two best/most entertaining sides in Europe's top flight divisions are, as expected, PSV and Dundee.
Spurs are in a very respectable 3rd place, so despite all of the criticism the manager receives, he actually produces very good/entertaining football.
It also shows that Kane should not have left Spurs for Bayern, because Spurs are actually BETTER than Bayern, in terms of producing matches with more goals.
Dundee are also the most consistent team in Europe in terms of goals in games. Their last two games had 6 goals in each of them. Another 6 goal thriller in the upcoming match against Aberdeen would see them move to top spot, and would be the best/most entertaining side in Europe.
The only surprise inclusion in there is probably Westerlo. The rest are as expected.

Also you mentioned only 81 goals scored by Barca women. That's fewer than Dundee and PSV. Can't just assume they'd score similar amounts in their coming matches.
That's like saying someone ran a quick 10 metre run so they are faster than Mo Farah at the 10k run.
Only Dundee and PSV have actually proven it, I doubt any of us accept forecasts rather than observed data.

Man City men are on 6 goals per game on their current form over the last match but no one would extrapolate that and say they are the most entertaining team this season. 20 games plus with lots of goals per game then we'll talk. 17 games is basically pre season.

Yeah I got an extra chromosome compared to normal people, but that makes me the best/most entertaining person on the site, in terms of total chromosomes.
