PSG ... A DYNASTY?

Could very well be the beginning of a CL dynasty for PSG after their incredible win in the final tonight.

They're an extremely talented young team full of exceptional footballers and led by arguably the best manager in world football at the moment.

Desiré Doué is definitely one for the future ( and the present ) , Vitinha is outstanding as the playmaker , Marquinhos is a strong leader in the back , Hakimi is probably the best right wingback in Europe and of course Dembele was scoring goals for fun all year.

Manchester United have a lot of great young players.

Maybe the next great Dynasty will be the Carrington Dynasty?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You mean like the famous Dynasty was a Carrington Dynasty? We should get a bloke called Blake to become our manager.

There is a link between our football and dysentery.

What a team. Can mix it up better than anyone, counter;done, tiki taka:done, combine both:done, long:done. Pressing excellent too.

First time for a while you can say the very best team, by a distance won the comp.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Id say city only 2 years ago could say the same. Romped it then too in fairness to them

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Na, not sure I agree
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Never lost a game rhe whole tournament. Won their last 16, qf and sf by scores of 8-1, 4-1 & 5-1 beating bayern madrid and inter along the way.

Not sure what more a team can do to prove dominance personally but each to their own.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s fair, sonehow seems less impressive though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Their final compared to psg's last night probs takes the shine off it. What psg did last night was rare though. Dont see many finals like that.

Their run to final, as good as they were, isnt as impressivs as citys. Pens in last 16. Hanging on for dear life at villa park. Dont get me wrong they were the much better team in both them ties but they had to really work to get over the line in both.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Villa should have been hammered in the first leg, they were very fortunate not to be out in the first leg. PSG had an off night in the 2nd leg. Liverpool also should have been comfortably put away in the balance of play, as they were outclassed, and needed bad finishing and an incredible performance from Allison to stay in it. Arsenal were dispatched comfortably. City were impressive, but also spent a fortune to get there.

Yeah but they werent. Thats the point. Someone earlier pointed out city only won their final 1 nil whereas paris won 5 nil. Im pointing out on the flip of that, paris needed pens in 1 round and were rocking against villa i the quarters compared to city strolling through to the final.

Sorry not having the city fortune part. Psg are no different. They may not have superstars like before but that current squad still cost a bomb to put together.

I was actually to RMC radio , a French sports station , right after watching the match and they kept pleading with the PSG fans to celebrate peacefully but I guess they didn't listen.

I think they may struggle to keep some of their better players at some point, but they’ll rightly be among the favourites next year too.

If only they’d been as good as Arsenal in the CL this year.
