I've been watching quite a few Spurs games this season to see how Manu is performing, he's really added a presence to Spurs and has been paramount in holding the ball up and involving the team.
Now what I would like your opinions on is whether you think:
1) You will realistically sign Adebayor if reports are true about him refusing to drop his wage demands?
2) Whether you think another team (aka Liverpool) would swoop in and offer him the wages he demands?
3) Whether you think he would be a miss next season?
4) Finally, who would you replace him with?
This isnt a WUM article, just want to gauge the opinions of the Spurs fans on what you think will happen with Adebayor and how you would prepare for life without him?
Adebayor

Big wages but not a particularly high asking price (£10-£14) for the quality he has, especially seeing as Luka, a gamble which admitedly paid off massively, was £16m!

City couldn't justify taking him back as 4th striker with the FFP rules about to kick in. Plus he wouldn't do it either. I think he'd just refuse to play or cause a fuss. If he's not the main man, he starts to play up big time, you must know that by now.

The Goat,
I'm not sure if I would want him to return, could you imagine Adebayor and Balotelli playing together? That would be a ticking time bomb.

As much as i'd hate to see him leave, seeing him alongside Balotelli would be worth a laugh. We could have our very first Premier League murder to deal with.

Balotelli is great until things go against his team.
Then Bib-boy emerges.
With not much of the former happening this season at <Citeh> , we shouldn't see too much of the latter.

Why would United want him?
Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck, Berbatov, Macheda, Owen.
Even if they sold 2 of them there's no way SAF would sanction those kind of wages for a bench-warmer.

Rumors have it that Llorente is back in the scene. But I think it was from goal.com though.

I would also like us to look at either Remy or Doumbi, both are sharp & very quick players which would suit our style of counter attacking play.
