And we are half way through the season with 34 points. So on average, we'll get 68 points (it obviously isn't full proof but go with it). Last year we ended with 58. Last season 68 would have had us battling for 4th on goal difference with arsenal.
Now, we do need more as the level has upped since last term. However, the way kennys going, the way Chelsea get older, the way spurs get more tired, the way arsenal may bottle it, and the way we seem to always hit purple after Christmas, we do seem to have a fairly big chance of reaching 4th...

Just because Livepool have won their first home game for weeks, no need to think Liverpool will finish higher than 7th.
Man City next weekend will put your lot firmly back in your box. The gap between yourselves and Spurs will widen even more by the end of next weekend.

The only thing Spurs are tiring of at the moment, is the odd wasted opportunity to get right up there with Man Utd.
