At least according to the Times - the tax tribunal is on for the next three days in Embra. And also according to the Times should rangers lose the case "the club will face a total bill of £49million which would almost certainly mean it going into administration".

No you don't Elite.
You like the reaction he gets among Tic fans.
Same with some Tic fans and Phil.
9 months ago Gers fans were telling him to get lost - his posts were offensive and embarassing.
If I mentioned his favourite themes would get this thread pulled.
You are one of a long line of Bears who have praised him since Celtic went top and the HMRC case looms.
Your values have nothing to do with him.
You prefer to ignore his extreme views cos of the reaction he gets.

The guy who writes the blog has been right about almost everythin up to now. He reckons Rangers have very little chance of winning the case.

You say he has been right in everything as if that is some kind of justification for his blog! There hasn't been much to be right about! He adds nothing to the knowledge of the case and instead he peddles in worst cases.
If the worst case comes to pass then so be it, it won't be a justification for him. Much like Nostradamus, full of $h1t but every so often, events happen that can be read into him knowing something.
If the worst case doesn't happen, Phil will instead start frothing at the mouth and raving about conspiracies no doubt. The man is obsessed by Rangers and his monumental hard on for the *potential* for this case to go badly for Rangers speaks volumes about him.
The rest of us will just wait and see what happens, life will continue with or without Rangers, the SPL as we know it might not. /shrug

the whole case will be dealt with based on facts
nothing that any blogger puts on the net has even the slightest impact.
It may get some folk talking but it changes nothing.
If we are guilty then we would be if not a person in the world new about this.
The punishment does not change because you bang on about it on the internet.
Likewise if it goes in our favour (as unlikely as that looks) then the web will have had nothing to do with it.

I disagree they give us 'better' information.
They give us someone's opinion but the fact remains that the 'evidence' presented in the case would be understood by <0.1% of fan base.
The only opinion that counts is Lord Hodge.
