He's rated as one of the best RB's in the Dutch league, and in Holland as he's there #1 RB.

I rate him highly since iv'e seen him play quite a few times. Think of Bosingwa when he was at his best, but better at defending.

As for Neymar, he's pretty much the biggest thing in Brazil, as for Lucas etc they would have to reach his level before Nike would go with them.

There were reports a while ago that Nike wanted him to go to Barcelona since they have no association with Addida's.
