If you are talking about me saying players playing badly and should be substituted then I feel that is different than the team as a whole.

The point made is that without improving the team we will no retain the title..........that is not a criticism., it is an opinion that I believe has plenty of supporting arguments......people can disagree with that opinion and that is fine, but this persistent criticism of having such opinions is feckin annoying......and it is time i let you and others know that

How many signings we make this summer will likely depend on the type of players we target. If we are primarily interested in players like Bale, Sterling, Koke, Pogba, Varane, Dybala etc then I can't see us making more than 2 signings (plus a back up GK) because of the money and time involved in completing those kind of signings. If we are happy to go for players like Clyne, Cresswell, Schneiderlin, Pedro etc then we could make 4-5 again.

Though I would be a bit disappointed given how much Jose has talked up our young players if we bring in a bunch of fairly expensive not great players to fill out the squad.

Well obviously Loftus Cheek is going to be the equivalent of one new signing.....but we have to replace Drogba and we should be lining up another CB for next season

Basically I think our transfer business will depend on whether Jose thinks we need more depth or whether he thinks we need marquee signings.

If you take what he says in the press, then he thinks we are ok........but i hope he does not think that because players like Fabregas and Matic clearly have lost form and fitness in the 2nd half of the season and we have used the least number of players of any team this season
