By all accounts Just Cause 3 is really good. Has some release problems with bugs and some weird ai but nothing that can't be fixed in a couple of patches. Just Cause is one franchise I will always look forward to.
Fallout 4 is a disappointment. Prefer 3 and New Vegas to it. I'd give it a solid 7.5/10

Why is that?

Fallout has removed more than they've put in. They've removed multiple dialog options and direct skill checks. You cannot target specific limbs with a stimpak. They've fully voiced over the character with the most boring voices ever. Very Shepard like. They've turned it into Sims wasteland with horrible base building. The ai is STILL awful. Don't get me started on companions who are worthless.

I can go on if you'd like.

Your complaints are mostly minutiae (targeting limbs with a stimpak was really that important to you?) whereas the things they've added are fairly meaty features. Base building is actually pretty fun and the companions can be quite helpful when you're completely outnumbered.

There is a bigger map, more quests, better graphics, better shooting, more weapon customisation, the story doesn't take anywhere near as long to get into, better perk system etc etc.

I guess it's just too popular for you to ever like it.

Hipster is your means of lessening my opinion? It's a safe release. It's not a step forward for the series and it's nice you can buy into the hype of the game. But it's just more of the same which was done better in New Vegas.

The things they've added are shallow features. Perk system is NOT better lol.
