From defence: Rudiger, Alonso, Christensen and Emerson need to go.

From midfield: We need to make a choice in Kante/Jorginho, as we cant keep both happy. Barkley is also in need of packing his bags.

From the wings: Pedro and Willian should be off.

Up front: Batshauyi and Giroud should be let go as well.

I'm wiling to keep Christensen and Rudiger, both are not great, but Andreas is still relatively young and Rudiger is a fine backup defender.

We do desperately need a world class CB though

Yeah don't think we should sell both our 1st choice CBs. Zouma going is more likely.

Yeah we're struggling in that area. I like Tomori but obviously he's still learning.

In regards to Jorginho and Kante, I don't think either are the future.

Kante is pointless really in a team which dominate possession and Jorginho has not shown that he can be the DM in a world class team.

The only problem with giving a manager time is that under the wrong manager the long term damage can be great.

Lampard needs to finish the season strongly and start next season well.

Agree.

I find his approach is much like flinging mud and seeing what works. Problem is there is no consistency.

The whole defence bar Azpi has been chopped and changed throughout the season. No connection has been made with the players and nobody has built any form up.

For his own career I would like him to play for a team which plays to his strengths.

A team which passes it around is not the side I wan't to see Kante in.

Kante is certainly more effective in a team that plays more without the ball
