Hmm. I think you could argue though that any club who could mathematically be in contention for a CL place should be in any ‘play offs’. I think the flaws/holes in that argument go further than just finishing the season based on where everyone is.
But yeah I get what you mean that, with the way it seems to be being decided (clubs voting) it will all be about self interest. And the clubs who *could* get promoted/finish top four/win the league outnumber the ones already in that place.
they'll probably just axe CL + Europa next season for one season in light of it as every league worldwide is going to have these same issues

Agree with BK that under Carlo, Josh looked just as impressive as Gilmour has in his two appearances this season. For example Carlo himself said he was MotM at Marseille in a game we lost, only to drop him afterwards.
Brummie doesn’t post here anymore but he’ll tell you the same thing.

I would take into consideration the quality, the form of the team and the players that Josh was playing with.
Gilmore has come into an average Chelsea team, ravaged by injuries and played agst Liverpool and Everton in what were very important games for us to win due to our awful form.

^ In midfield we had Mikel, Lampard, Ramires, Benayoun and an injury-plagued Essien as our other options.
I actually think our central midfield is better now.

but who was available when Gilmore played?
I think playing alogside Lampard is a bit more reassuring than playing alongside Barkley

It'll help that he's not English. Less hype from the media here
With any English player that has a good run of form, they go well over the top and make out he's going to solve all of England's problems etc etc
i reckon science or scientists are the biggest frauds in the world
how many scientists in the world? how much money and investment does science get every year around the world? and what the fack have they really even discovered in the last few days, like all the technology all the money all the resources all the millions of scientists and we get what, one big discovery / useful thing to come out of it once a decade ?
Biggest fraud industry worldwide. We shouldn't even have diseases in this day and age, or spreads like this, it's pathetic what do we actually pay them for. RE a vaccine surely these overpaid brains of the world can come up with one in a week (should already know of one) not 18 months Lol

Quite a lot of space exploration has to do with preserving our planet, namely enhancing our understanding of the universe.

The whole reason Gilmore played was because we were down to bare bones with injured and suspended
