So the plan post-Willian and Pedro is to scrap wingers and play infinite CMs?

Don't think so. Pulisic Werner and Ziyech to play as an interchangeable and fluid front three I'd say. All three can play wide and central so looks more like three interchangeable wingers (who can also score bagfuls of goals) occupying the front three positions.
If we need a number 9 in some games then have Giroud. And Tammy of course.
Weird how no PL teams have tried to sign Celtic striker Edouard. He's banging goals in again already this season, 4 in 5 so far. And yes I know it's the SPL and inferior etc but still. Dude knows where the back of the net is
He’s brilliant Edouard. Don’t think he’s in a rush/interested in joining a poor club like Newcastle/Leeds/Palace though. Celtic board would be killed if they sold him right now given how important this season is so 35-40m it would take.

I was more commenting on our back up wide options likely being Mount*, Loftus-Cheek and Barkley.
*though I would be a lot that he starts basically every game while fit
