Delap's interesting, he runs into traffic a bit too much but hopefully that'll lessen over time. Like his housery.

That left foot shot. He squandered at 10 yd in the last game. You could put your house on him burying that not long ago

I don't think he has been utter tripe. His goal scoring has gone to pot, his chance creating has not.

Well, we'll agree to differ then... For a guy of his standard he's been tripe for me... Go look back at that game where he scored four goals in the first half. I mean that was unbelievable

I find the Palmer chat boring. He wasn't going to sustain the level he had for 6-8 months consistently for the next 15 years. There was always going to be dips. His 'normal' level of form probably is as 15-20 goal a season no10, that's still very good.

Much more pressing things worrying me about Chelsea and this current team performance tbh.

No I'm not saying I'm expecting him to do that every game but a glimpse of it would be nice

I have compared him to foden lately in respect of the level of talent they have and the drop-off that both have had.... I think foden has had some personal issues Palmer - don't know

He doesn’t get into those advanced positions anymore. Maresca has made him more into a deep playmaker.
