Mourinho cannot manage Arsenal unless we have a clearout of the board and a total rethink of our philosophy.

He will need funds, time and a complete breakdown of the type of football we have been known for years.

Pep has better chance of joining Real Madrid then going to Arsenal!

IAWT- He wouldn't sign the likes of Chamakh and Ramsey in the first place
------
since he's been at Barca they've signed:
Henrique €10m, flopped, never even played for them
Caceres €16.5m, farmed out after 1 season
Hleb €12m, loaned out after 1 season
Ibra €42m + Eto'o, great player but has to be a flop signing
Keirrison €16m, never even played for Barca yet.
Chygrynskiy €25m sold after 1 year for €10m loss

that's just the flops they've signed, most other squad or key players they've been signed for large amounts, which he wouldn't have at Arsenal. I think he's a great manager and motivator and been a massive success, but really he also has the easiest job in the world.

So you would actually prefer Martinez over Pep?

8bit, not sure how many of these were actually Pep sanctioned signings or one from their directors of football.

Plus, he is tatically poor.

Bit like Wenger?

If Pep is tactically poor then I wonder what that makes Arsene Wenger.

Arsene Wenger is the 4th highest paid manager in the world so not much difference there.

Wenger had one of the best teams available to him from 2000-04 but did we even once make it to the semi-finals of the CL?

I really do not think Pep can do a better job then Wenger has.

Personally, i would rather go for Klopp or the Unai bloke from Valencia.

My ideal fantasy next manager of Arsenal though........has to be Dennis Bergkamp.

Pep would still have an input even if he doesn't have the whole say. Some the big money transfers they've made have been on is say so. Anyone can buy a top player if everyone knows he's amazing and you have the money to get them.

Us fans keep saying that Wenger never has a second plan! Well neither has Pep.
I know Chelsea built a 10 men wall in front of their goal, but if you are one of the best manager and have probably the best players in Europe, you should be able to " break" that wall.
Funny enough, this is the tactic they have used on both games. Sure he should have come up with something...

There's been rumour swirling that Pep did not want Fabregas just yet, and that this signing was pused through by the Barca elite.

Pete, i did say "My ideal fantasy next manager of Arsenal", and that would imply that evertything was perfect, including Bergkamps fear of flying!

IAWT- If Barcelona were clincial enough infront of goal they would have easily beaten Chelsea, it was their finishing which let them down not Pep's tactics.

Either way, i don't understand why that Dutch wuss doesn't just go to a hypnotherapist and sort his fear out.
