Agreed...we're a minimum 2 seasons away from top 4... we'll be fighting the likes of Spurs for the Europa places.
I hope when FSG make the announcement it is more than ^we will redevelop'. I would like to see the plan, timeline, building partners etc so we have the whole picture.

Yeah, there's plenty to do but we have a very good Academy that needs to be made use of and we now have a manager with fresh ideas, it will take a while but we are going in the right direction.
It's a shame to see you fight for Europa League places. I'm not ruling out a return, but I just can't see Liverpool in the top four with the likes of Carroll, Adam, Spearing and Henderson in your team.
Carroll and Henderson will fit perfectly into BR's team and will be superb for us over the coming seasons (bookmark this!).

Aggers, one thing Liverpool need to do is aim higher in terms of buying the right talent. I wouldn't waste millions of pounds on English players, and that's me being honest. England are an example of why they lack ability.

I would think that unless there is a partner willing to pay a very sizeable naming rights fee, a new stadium is unlikely--and I think that makes sense.
Everyone talks of how much revenue a 60-75,000 stadium would bring in, but neglect to think taking on 400+ million in debt is only getting you 15,000-30,000 extra seats over Anfield. And as Henry mentioned in an email circulated earlier, the economics of those extra seats needs looking at. As much as I don't like it, corporate boxes or some other form of high-end seats would need to make up a lot of the extra capacity for revenue purposes--not really adding much to the footballing experience in my opinion. As also noted by Henry, London is more fertile ground for this type of "fan" than Liverpool.
So, my long winded way of saying I think it will be Anfield Redevelopment. And I think that FSG will be justified in this as a better route for long term financial sustainability, maintaining the "feel" of Anfield, and providing addtional revenue with reasonable investment.
