Yes, but I guess that game was the nail in the coffin for his United career.
Yep, that's right. Remember him for one game. You know, instead of those years of brilliance he gave us. Those years where in the big games he was our most dependable player.
They have a new Asian star though in Kagawa to replace him in the team and for shirt sales.
Hoggard, come off it. No one is judging him on one game, and pretty much everyone respects what he has done for the club.
But the starting line up for the City game still annoys a lot of fans. He should not have been in it, end of.

SAF made more mistakes in the last six games of the season than he did in the previous six seasons altogether.
I wouldn't really put it down to Park playing against City.
The biggest mistake, to me, and the one that I think ultimately cost us the title, was keeping Scholes on after we went two up the second time against Everton.
all im saying is
whys he starting out biggest game then being sold???
fergie mustve thought he was on the decline yet played him
Quite a hypocritical statement by Bhoy considering Celtic have Ki

Not having a go, thats the reality of it.
Celtic do the same, we have South Koreas player of the year, very good player though not quite suited to the Scottish game (as he's far too technically gifted) but he was bought so shift a few more shirts.
Most teams scout these regions to find a player of quality who can bring revenue in to the club.
Bhoy
You don't know how our shirt sales contract works do you?

And an African, Israeli, South American..........most clubs want a player to sell some shirts - wasn;t having a go
the park song will be sang for years to come though

This. Kagawa could sell as many shirts as he wants. We will not get any extra money from it.
Besides, is it really inconcievable that a Japanese player could be here on merit? Particularly one who has just won Bundesliga player of the year?

I already said they are good players, but the fact they have the ability to generate extra revenue is an advantage.
Again - not a dig at Man Utd, most clubs try & do it
Why are you ignoring the first paragraph in my post?

Again, you don't understand how our shirt deal with Nike works, do you?
Godfather,
whilst true that QPR are indeed a small club,we do have ambition.
its becomming quite clear that Tony Fernandes has big plans for the club, and is prepared to put his money where his mouth is.
maybe, just maybe,QPR will become a good PL side?
and why not, whats wrong with trying to build a small club up?

And this has to do with the question what exactly?

What part of this are you having trouble with?

Let me know, and I will explain it to you. This one is very easy, and I shouldn't be required to draw.
Then try and answer it with citing a player from the poster's own team who is very much part of the plans, has a fantastic value and is not up for sale. Furthermore; whenever the manager thought the game did not suit his talents, he didn't use him.
