Who's even going to play for? He won't displace alonso, so kherdia I'm guessing?

Yeh I wish him well. He's been excellent for us, played CL football and supplied me with many great days down at the lane.
On the whole I always wish a player going to a bigger club, especially abroad, well. Spurs have been the making of him. I'm sure he won't forget that.

He's forgotten already and he hasn't even cleared his locker yet

I hope he gets splinters in his backside, which become infected so his has to have some kind of buttock transplant. With Jimmy Flloyd Hasselbank being the only viable donor. So no, i most certainly do not wish him well.

I'll wish him well, has been a cracking player for us the last few years, but over the last 6 weeks his behaviour hasn't made me too sorry to actually see him go.

Whatever you think, I'm glad we've finally (touch wood) managed to cash in, not to a Prem club (thank god not to that Russian ch av) and made at least a £9m profit.

I loved watching him. I know he has been an absolute git at times, but I will miss him loads.

No problems with him as a player but I'm dissappointed with his sulk and refusal to travel to the States.

This all goes back to the Bosman ruling in so far as the players in general have too much power these days. OK, I know he wasn't about to leave on a free but I don't recall this sort of thing going on prior to the Bosman ruling.

anyone who's watched the new Tehtrunk video will know that DL stitched him up by getting him to sign the bottom of a piece of paper which had very onerous terms on making him stay, when he thought it was his release papers he was signing.

"I don't doubt he will do a 'woe is me / poor footballer' interview slagging the club off real soon"

If that happens, the "add-ons" probably increase by another 3m. <Levy>

The only sad thing is that we never got to see Modric at Spurs serving a WC striker. Modric + Berbatoss pre strop would have been some sight.

So what you're saying is, Pav wasn't world class? Get the fack outta here.

"Pav wasn't world class?"

Only in his native timezone, not GMT/BST.
Still swear the Pav we bought at Euro 2008 was stolen on transit.

I would have wished him well but I found him very disrespectful towards the club I love this summer.

I hope he as a person appreciates what we have done for him, took a punt on him at a time where several prem sides had a look and said no.

Overall don't wish harm on him but can't say I desperately want him to succeed, apart from the fact th the better he does the greater the add ons for us

I hope he fails miserably.

"I hope he fails miserably"

You lot will swear undying for him if he takes apart any other PL side in the CL while he is at Madrid.

Wish him well. It's easy to forget the good times, and just remember the cr@p during the last two summers. He clearly just wants to play football at the highest level his ability allows him to, I don't see anything wrong with that at all.

Good luck Luka, you will be missed

I would wish him well, think he was led a bit by his agent.

I don't think he is a spiteful or nasty person. In all honesty if Real come calling you are a mug if you don't want to go...............................
