Did you not see Son in tears?
It’s about the quality of the team at this level.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
If players are wanting to move on after losing a match like this then I dont want them at the club anyway.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It has been suggest Kane should move to win silverware.
Losing this match, which was won, has got to make him think!

By who? ex man united and pool pundits maybe and you are right they cant wait for us to lose one of our biggest assests.
If Kane does eventually move it will not be because we lost one game

If we want a chance at keeping these players then first things first, we need to finish in the top 4, and try and win the FA Cup. We do that and it won't have been a bad season. Anything less and the season is a disappointment.
As most on here know I hate to lose and can be extremely critical when we do but facts are facts.
We work within a certain wage structure because thats what the club can afford. Deal with it.
Poch is the best manager we have had since Bill Nicholson IMO. Ok I hate his attitude to cup competitions like the FA Cup but other than that he has turned us into a top outfit.
We have a very very good side but yes it still has weaknesses.
We are on our way to moving into what will be one of the best stadiums in Europe. We have been competing around the top of the league for the last few seasons.
What do people honestly expect when we are competing with clubs which have unlimited sums of money available or like utd are willing to be in millions of pounds worth of debt.
Yes I am gutted to go out tonight and yes I will be furious if we dont field our strongest side against Swansea but do the positive points with Levy, Poch and this team outweigh the negatives?
Damned right they do which proves we are moving in the right direction and we have to be patient.
Just back from the game, good effort, disappointed to lose a game Spurs were completely on top in. Juventus bossed two minutes of the game and scored two goals to win the game. That's football, sometimes the better side does not always win.
I have already moved on and am thinking about Bournemouth now.

Son could have been pinning his hopes on Spurs winning the CL to get out of military duty

At least he might learn how to shoot accurately every time

Is one out of five on target good enough for the South Korean Army?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Give the kid a break he has had a good season even if he only hits the target one out of five.
After his goal against west spam I will forgive him most things
I’m so gutted after that, but the team player well in the CL and put in a fantastic level of commitment throughout the whole game. That’s all we can ask for as fans.

At least Son has maintained a good goalscoring rate through this season from last, I suppose. What I want to know is, how has Dele gone from 18 goals in 37 to 5 in 28 this season?
Not playing a second striker anymore
We’ve seemed to change our style from last year though

-----------------------------------------------------------------
I honestly think Dele has started to believe his own hype and has lost his way a little bit.
He seems to want to do something spectacular every time he gets the ball nowadays instead of picking his time and place.
To be honest if it were me I would seriously considering dropping him until he gets his head back out of the clouds.
1-0 up with half hour to go. Juve need two goals. Juve put subs on and change tactics to be more offensive. Poch does nothing. Bring Wanyama on for Alli go defensive play on the break. Bring Lucas on for say Eriksen if they still need two goals with ten minutes to play. Should have put the shutters up when we had the chance. Very naive from Poch.
Dele’s role has changed though, he has become much more of a midfielder than an attacking player like he was last season. This can be backed up by his way improved output in terms of creativity, yet lack of goals.
Park Lane
I cant disagree with you but as a manager had he have done that and still not gone through he would have been crucified for changing things when we were winning.
Poch gambled and today he gambled badly
Not Eriksen, Park Lane, he was awesome in a midfield two with Dembele.
If you take the 180 mins as a whole and look at the number of good situations we got ourselves into our finishing wasn't good enough. We didn't give Buffon (who looks well past his best) anything like enough to do and the goal we got tonight was beyond lucky.
Missed chances was also the reason we made very hard work of beating a dreadful Palace team. I hope this isn't going to cause us more problems at what is now the business end of the season.
Grand
I know it's with hindsight and I know we still may have blown it. I just feel that Poch at times doesn't react to changes on the pitch at times.
Tbf they scored there goals literally minutes after changing tactics.
The goals were more individual mistakes than anything.
Dier not tracking a run
Trippier playing offside.
End of the day we gave it a good go against the elite teams in the comp and can be proud.
Last season we got embarrassed hugely so we made a huge step up
