Come on fella. An incident like the Chang one is rare. You have to admit that as an employee you have a responsibility to represent your employer in the best possible way. If you don't it reflects badly on your employer but does not make them responsible for your actions. The responsibility of the employer is to act accordingly, and ensure they are not reflected badly upon again by the employee, i.e. disciplinary action and/or dismissal.

FSG are finding their feet, as far as signings go. They spent a lot under Kenny and it didn't work out. You cant really blame them for being more cautious this time round. They've admitted that they've made mistakes, and that they're learning from them. Fair play to them for that.

We, as fans, have got expectations. But we need to learn to curb our enthusiasm and not expect us to rum before we can walk.

You certianly put a well reasoned argument up and I can agree with you on the fact that FSG are learning as they go along but are making progress.

Now BR is the manager they must back their judgement and all I'm hoping for is that they get the balance right between spending and making sure the club is solvent and moving forward financially. Not an easy task by any means.

Lets face it though the bottom line is we will all be shouting our heads off for the reds come the next game!
