Not at all chaps, just saw the details on Calender, apparently the parent company only made a profit of £236k last year, not enough for one week's wage for Van Persie, & of course uncle Ken is still pulling the strings, very good day to be a Town fan!

Ben Jacobs who most know is based in Dubai says the backer involved with gfh is really really wealthy as he understands and some are saying it is the king of Bahrain who has followed leeds utd since 70"s.

Hoyle is not in that league but is not skint either but he will not keep financing hudds who lose money every yr and he has to pay that difference.you watch beckford try to get his agent to get him permanent deal with leeds in jan.that is a given on his part,

GFH Capital aren't the main funders, there's a wealthy individual behind it providing the main money. It's believed to be the King of Bahrain who has been a Leeds fan since the 70's and studied at the University of Leeds.

LIW - How do you know this mate? I am getting confused. Most said the new owners would put a bit in, but you are suggesting a lot.

Are we talking about massive signings or decent ones.

Confirmed that there has been instant investment this morning of around £8m which I assume is loan market funds. There will be more investment in January believed to be up to £15m. This isn't GFH breaking the bank either, so they could easily increase that and have that kind of money consistently every window.

All rumors though, nothing confirmed.
