The 2020 Formula 1 season will start in Austria on 5 July, the first of a run of eight races in Europe.

An F1 statement said the championship would begin across three consecutive weekends - two in Austria on 5 and 12 July and a third in Hungary.

There will then be a two-week break before two consecutive races in Britain and events in Spain, Belgium and Italy.

All will be run behind closed doors with participants following guidelines to minimise the spread of Covid-19.

Everton defender Yerry Mina is set to miss the restart of the Premier League season after picking up a muscle injury in training last week.

The Colombia international sustained "a partial tear in his left quad", a statement from the club said.

He is set to be sidelined "for several weeks", a period likely to include Everton's first game back against Merseyside rivals Liverpool.

Mina, 25, is now undergoing rehabilitation with club medical staff.

The defender, who made 25 appearances for Everton this season before the enforced break because of the coronavirus pandemic, is said to be making "good progress" in the early stages of his recovery.

Misfits drummer Joey Image has died at the age of 63 following a battle with liver cancer.

The cause of death has not yet been confirmed, however Image had been suffering with liver cancer since 2016.

His death was first reported by the Facebook page The New York Hardcore Chronicles after they posted: 'Joey Image of The Misfits dead at 63. Rest In Peace'.

The punk rock musician was born Joey Poole in New Jersey in 1957 and joined The Misfits in November 1978.

He left the band in December 1979 after their ill-fated tour of England with the Damned and later worked with a number of other bands.

Beatrice Wood (March 3, 1893 – March 12, 1998) was an American artist and studio potter involved in the Avant Garde movement in the United States; she founded and edited The Blind Man magazine in New York City with French artist Marcel Duchamp and writer Henri-Pierre Roché in 1917. She had earlier studied art and theater in Paris, and was working in New York as an actress. She later worked at sculpture and pottery. Wood was characterized as the "Mama of Dada".

She partially inspired the character of Rose DeWitt Bukater in James Cameron's 1997 film, Titanic after the director read Wood's autobiography while developing the film. Beatrice Wood died nine days after her 105th birthday in Ojai, California.

EastEnders' Sharon Mitchell dropped the huge bombshell that she wanted to keep her baby son Kayden - much to husband Phil's anger.

The character (played by Letitia Dean) was left in turmoil over giving up her son with ex lover Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters), with his mother Karen (Lorraine Stanley) making plans to leave Walford and raise the tot.

However, Sharon was unable to let her son go on Tuesday's episode and revealed the news to a furious Phil (Steve McFadden), with fans predicting the end of the couple.

Sir Kenneth Hugo Adam, OBE (born Klaus Hugo Adam in Germany; 5 February 1921 – 10 March 2016) was a German-British movie production designer, best known for his set designs for the James Bond films of the 1960s and 1970s, as well as for Dr. Strangelove.

Ken Adam won two Academy Awards for Best Art Direction. Born in Berlin, he relocated to England with his Jewish family at the age of 13 soon after the N azis came to power. Together with his younger brother Denis Adam he was one of only three German-born pilots to serve in the British Royal Air Force during the Second World War.

EastEnders: Back to Ours is a series which aired on BBC iPlayer and BBC Red Button. The first series contains six episodes, made available over the course of 27 January–12 February 2015 as part of the show's 30th anniversary celebrations. On 18 September 2015, a second run of two episodes was announced, to be shown on 28 September and 2 October 2015. It returned for a third time on 1 January 2016 for a one-off special. It features several cast members, past and present, looking over their greatest moments on the show, in a format similar to Gogglebox. The first series attracted 2.8 million requests.

Jason Anthony Jolkowski (June 24, 1981 – disappeared June 13, 2001) is an American man who went missing under mysterious circumstances in Omaha, Nebraska while walking towards his former high school to meet his coworker for a ride to work. In the aftermath of his disappearance, Jolkowksi's parents successfully campaigned for "Jason's Law", a statewide database for missing people in Nebraska. As of 2020, Jolkowski's whereabouts remain unknown.

Connah's Quay Nomads are pleased to announce that our top scorer from the 2019/20 season, Jamie Insall, has signed a new one year deal with the club.

Insall originally joined The Nomads in April 2019, making his full debut against Barry Town United having come on as a substitute against Bala the week earlier. Insall was part of The Nomads' historic Europa League campaign at the beginning of the 2019/20 season which saw the side beat SPFL side Kilmarnock before facing Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade.

Amazon Prime will make its four Premier League games free to air when the season restarts.

Fans will not need a Prime membership to watch fixtures on the online streaming service when the top-flight campaign resumes from 17 June.

Every one of the remaining 92 Premier League games will be broadcast live across Sky Sports, BT Sport, BBC Sport or Amazon Prime.

In total, 33 of those matches will be free to air.

Alex Green, managing director of Prime Video Sport Europe, said: "Like the rest of the country, we are excited to see the Premier League return to action.

"We will be making all four of Amazon Prime Video's additional fixtures in the 2019-20 season available free of charge; fans will not need a Prime membership to view the games on Prime Video."

Madeleine McCann is "assumed" to be dead say German prosecutors, who are investigating the disappearance of the British girl in 2007.

A 43-year-old German man is being investigated on suspicion of murder, the public prosecutor added.

The suspect, who has been named in German media as Christian B, is currently serving a prison sentence.

He is believed to have been in the area where Madeleine, aged three, was last seen while on holiday in Portugal.
