i dont think chelsea fans can really comment on manager's abilities as regardless of anything, Roman sacks them all...its Romans ball and thats all there is to it....

Hugo, a lot of the time your fans like to compare cost of squad with performance, so if we do that in this case some of Levy's sacking's have been just as brutal as Roman's, especially the Jol one.

Ramos may have brought us the CC, but to have us at rock bottom and possibly having a relegation fight, do you think that was a wrong decision by Spurs? Most of us would say not.

Your acting like were the only (succesful) team that sacks managers. Inter Milan and Real Madrid are more ruthless but they get minimul stick in comparision, maybe it's because their country are in touch with the modern times, hopefully we will be when Fergie does one.

But obviously, once fergie decides to retire, United by implication will need to replace him, that is succession planning and completely unrelated to Romans policy of firing managers, be it successful ones or unsuccessful ones...as i said Roman only cares about Roman and has so much money he cares not what the fans may think or the logic or sense behind the decision...
