Thoughts on Ba so far?

Dzeko in England: 92 appearances, 35 goals
Ba in England: 76 appearances, 39 goals

Does that include subs appearances. Cause if it does i bet Ba has started a lot more games & quite a few of Dzeko's will be last 15 mins as a sub. Ba was the main focus at west ham & Newcastle,

This article is hilarious

Using Saint's comments against him

Why aren't we 20th place when everyone's players are better than ours?

Saint Newcastle played him out on the wing to accommodate Cisse

No it was Cisse who played on the wing.

And he's had 16 less appearances than Dzeka. Dzeko ha scored less goals. Stats are very important for attacking players as Saint said

Last season Ba was played on the wing when Cisse came in Saint

Yes they are important. But you shouldnt base your whole argument on it like I also said.

This season Ba was played upfront and Cisse was pushed to the wing.

What's your point Saint? You said they revolved their attack around Ba at Newcastle last season. That wasn't the case. After January that changed

I know i'm just saying he didn't only play as focal point

JustMatt don't even entertain the idea he thinks any opposition player is vastly superior to what we currently have

Wrong
In my honest opinion

Chec up there with the best
Branna Great to have as good at full back or centre
terry As good as there is
Cole Only baines comes close
Mata one of the best but not much between him & Cazorla, nasri, silva you could argue the toss on that all night
hazzard & Oscar great potential same as azpi & a few who are out on loan

Players in the league who i think are as good or better than ours, who id be happy to see at the bridge

Vidic
Kompany
Vermahlen
Baines
Yayya
Fellaini
Dembele
Tiote
Nasri
Wilshire
Cazorla
Silva
Valencia
RVP
Hernandez
Rooney
Suarez
Tevez
Dzeko
aguero
Defoe
walcott

Mostly midfielders & strikers cause thats where we are weakest. In not saying Ba isnt ok just he isnt quality enough to be 1st choice at a top club.

Stopped at Tiote

Even at West Ham, Ba was played on the wings a lot as they had Piquionne, Keane and Cole as CF. They didn't revolve there attack around him at all. Where are you getting your facts from Saint?

Where did I say anything about last season? I did say they revolved the attack around him but it seems for a period last season he didnt which is fair enough.

They did return to Ba being the focal point this season though which was my point. Dzeko has never had that luxury.

Piquionne never played on the wings. Ba was definitely played upfront.

To be fair Dzeko has tended to do better from the bench in what sample we have

posted on 26/1/13

I meant piquonne never played up front.

I didn't say they played Piquionne on the wings. I said they had Piquionne, Keane and Cole as CFs and so Ba played on the wing a lot. Wasn't the focal point there either

In a sense doing what Dzeko does hasn't harmed his stats really, he comes on with striking instinct when the game is ragged, he's strong and everyone else is more tired and error prone.

"Chec
Branna"

And I'm brainless

Try spelling player's names correctly before insulting other peoples' intelligence

"Vidic - past it
Kompany - kay
Vermahlen - no way
Baines - overrated
Yayya - Who? Oh Yaya, sure
Fellaini - NO overrated
Dembele - NO overrated
Tiote -
Nasri -
Wilshire - Lets wait till he's old enough to actually do anything
Cazorla - Maybe
Silva - sure
Valencia -
RVP - kay
Hernandez -
Rooney - kay
Suarez - kay
Tevez - kay
Dzeko - maybe
aguero - kay
Defoe -
walcott -
"
