Meh it's the spurs fan producer, the only relevant thing to add today was the Arteta interview, which sounded positive.
But instead they focus on the tired thing of us letting contracts run down. Thing is we've been trying to get Auba to sign for over a year now... Should we have sold him already to recoup value?

Plenty of Spurs players are doing the same no?

Just wound me up more than it should because it was the first thing I heard this morning and it was exactly the same as what I heard yesterday morning

And how would we replace his goals? Aubameyang is one of very few players in recent past who has repaid his fee. It makes more sense for us to let him run down his contract if he is unwilling to sign an extension.
I fully agree and think hopefully by next summer Martinelli will be ready to read the line with other youngsters stepping up also
Funnily the only person in the media who's said as much was Tim Sherwood
Sherwood was an Arsenal fan forced to play for Spurs so not surprised tbh.
Have you ever listened to a word he's said as a pundit?

He wasn't forced to play for spurs nor was he forced to court their managers job for years
Regardless of rumours about who he supported as a child it's the first time he's said something mildly positive without it being backhanded and he's the lone voice saying Arsenal could be fine without Auba

Yeah I am sure you would turn a job just because you supported a rival team.
So he chose to play for them (and then manage them years later) rather than being forced to

What they saying
From the headline I'm guessing an absolute loaf of fantasist twaddle
They are playing out a comprise deal agreed with the EU in principle timetabled to be signed in July as some sort of victory for Boris.
Essentially this is all so that Boris can sell a soft brexit to his nutter Euro sceptic supporters.
So long as Farage doesn't cotton on and cause mayhem
Boris could rip the heads off Tory voters' own children, p/ss down their still throbbing necks, and they'd say he'd done a good job with their haircuts.
