Its the fact that Banks are not lending and there is a credit squeeze. As soon as you borrow from the scheme the government becomes your primary creditor. Do you know what happens to your credit rating?
If it was so good why aren't all businesses doing it? Why not Arsenal or Man Utd or Chelsea or Aston Villa?

My guess is he underestimated the market and thought some club would come for him and pay his Dortmund wages.
He havent found a club obviously. So my guess is he reduced his demands so that PSV took him under a 2 years contract as a free agent.
I am guessing. I havent said that I know 100%.
That he earned a lot of money at Munich before and in Dortmund is well known.
