Snooks winning his own prediction thread
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because I'm good at predicting and never forgotten to predict.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Should have added how many predictions had been made. Pretty sure i would have won it on the ratio
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No way, your predictions were terrible
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Because I'm bold. Got the Villa 0-2 spot on and you were laughing at it. Bit boring to just predict a win every week
----------------------------------------------------------------------
one loss you got spot on, even a broken clock is right twice a day

Expecting us to fetch close to £100m for Partey, ESR and Nketiah is very optimistic.

Ramsdale - £40m
Tierney - £10m
Cedric - £0
Elneny - £0
Partey - £15m
ESR - £20m
Nelson - £10m
Nketiah - £20m

Think Zinchenko might want to go aswell, can't really see a buyer for him though for the price we'd want.

Out
Partey c£10m.
Eddie £30m+
Nelson £20m+
Tierney £10m+
Ramsdale £40m+

Kiwior, Zinchencko, Jesus will need a good bid imo.

Maybe I'm expecting a bit much for Partey yeah. Esr and nketiah are an easy £30m each.

Main thing is the wage bill. Could free up nearly £1m pw.

On what planet are we getting £30m+ for Nketiah? Nelson, in a best case scenario, we get about £15m for. He barely plays as it is and doesn't make match day squads anymore.

posted 3 weeks, 3 days ago

Clubs will see Nketiah as the next Solanke for the right side.

Nketiah is 25 at the end of the month. People talk about him like he's some really young striker. He will not get much better than what he is now.

He could only dream of having the season Solanke has had this season.

Other way around, something seriously wrong with the club negotiations if we can’t get at least 30mill for Eddie. Same for Nelson. English tax is high

Eddie Nketiah is a 24 year old England International good enough to score premier league goals.

How is he not worth £30m+?

Solanke is 26.

I think Eddie is a lot better than our fanbase gives him credit for. His time here is just done. He's barely played all his career too, so won't suffer from burnout like saka probably will.

Didnt solanke score like 1 goal for Liverpool in his last season there? And they got like £25m for him 4 years ago. English/PL tax being underestimated here

Think the constant fouling is a greater risk to Saka than burnout

ESR for £30m+ seems like a pipe dream, too. Maybe a couple years ago, we could have got good money for him, but his stock has fallen massively, he's had injury problems, doesn't get any minutes anymore either. I can't see anyone forking out that much money for someone who has been out of favour for this long.

It was the same with Willock, our fanbase didnt rate him and then he broke the record for consecutive games scored in the Prem. Some players just need different environments.

posted 3 weeks, 3 days ago

I am not sure ESR is for sale anyway. It's very difficult to find player that play his position, and we need to fill homgrown requirement.

Nelson and Eddie are for sale.
