Obviously, Bayern wanted a good coach more than a manager.

And Kompany is a good coach?

I was very impressed by how he took quite ordinary Dyche drilled players and opened their potential to a very different style in the Championship. I didn't think he had a chance in the Premier League playing that style because those players weren't confident or skilled enough to replicate it against better teams. A bit like I wouldn't expect Pep to be able to coach Norwich or Luton.

But he didn't change his approach or adapt. I wouldn't have him coaching a club like West ham let alone Bayern. It's like they've looked at Arteta and Alonso and thought they he can do that too.

Do Arteta or Pep adapt or change their approach? All good managers play a certain way, and that's why you hire them. Why do you think West Ham fired Moyes?

Arteta did and does, that's how we won the FA cup, you even thought he was a Moyes II, but he played like that as he didn't have the players to play like he wanted.

Arteta still plays that way, though. Just that he has the players to execute his style now. We are more suffocating, pragmatic, than all out attacking like Pep.

I still accuse Arteta of being Moyes mk 2 many times!

Just look at our performances against Spurs, Liverpool and Man City away! It's exactly how we played when we won the FA Cup.
