Pathetic fans

I expect it from fans of clubs from different countries, but not fans within the British public, didn't know there could be a truly classless fan base in Britain.

I'm sure you'd be happy to see Rafa take over from SAF when he retires then?

Idiot

His rant today was actually justified. It's surprising that he's managed this long without actually saying it. Eventually, enough becomes enough.

If we spent all our time creating banners and driving around the country to consistently bang on about a person who we all know is leaving in about 10-15 games, then I would worry for our mental health.

At the end of the day, he's doing a job. Gone are the days people just appreciating a football match. Now, everything has become petty and personal.

I'd find it hard having Rafa as our manager to be fair

Nobody would be happy, that is a fact. However, if we all know from the start he's there for only 5 months, is it worth spending every moment showing distaste towards him? I get that in the beginning it was going to happen, but no real Chelsea fan can say their actions aren't having some sort of negative effect on the Chelsea team.

Obers nope, but we would give him a chance, that is the difference between showing respect and not/being classless. Please go back to the chelsea board now thank you

Would love to see what United fans would do if Fergie was sacked and replaced with Rafa.

Why are people missing the point, when you support something you are supposed to give it a chance, chelsea dont give anything a chamce, that is why they are now slipping into a 6th/7th place club

I would be wanting rafa out if he does crap after a season, not want him out on day 1, because i believe in what united do

The fans can support the club and not support Rafa at the same time. It is hilarious to have a go at the fans, if they started cheering him then you would call them fickle. They are not happy with Rafa as their manager and as paying customers should have the right to voice their thoughts.

To be honest, id be just as concerned if wenger replaced saf as if rafa does.

posted on 27/2/13

Its hilarious to protest every game for the manager to leave, look what happened to blackburn, now chelsea.

15 years ago chelsea fans would be delighted to have a rafa, a man with european pedigree, now they have been spoiled by $

If SAF was sacked and replaced with Wenger/Mancini/Rafa then the fans would act the exact same, in fact they would be even worse.

He knew what he was in for when he took the job, now that he is failing he is blaiming everybody else. He is complaining about being called interim manager, why sign a contract with that title then? Why complain about the fans now? He didn't say a word about them in his first game, apparently he didn't hear them.

Just like he did at Liverpool and Inter, he blames everybody but himself for his failings. He is without doubt the most overrated manager of all time. I hope his next club is Liverpool and if not that, Spurs.

Maybe if RDM was given a chance we'd be a bit more considerate.

He's finally cracked.

Batmanu, I think we can safely say that will never happen. And I feel rather lucky for that.

Difference is, that Liverpool and United have a true history between them, Liverpool and Chelsea have 2 champions league semi finals, and a single comment regarding a plastic flag.
Makes me laugh after hearing for years from many Chelsea fans how Liverpool supporters should move on when it came to such unimportant issues like justice for Hillsborough, yet many of these same fans have held a singular hate filled grudge for 7 whole years over a throw away line from an opposition manager over a plastic flag.

I think Arsenal and Rafa would be a good fit.

Hand on heart I could never support a manager as inept as Benitez at utd.

Sorry, wouldn't stand for it.

He has a proven track record of ruining teams Nd beig mediocre.

Batmanu, evidence to support your claims about a specific fan (in this case mufc) group toward managers?

The only fachts here are the banners and songs being sung about rafa from the chelsea fans.

There is more reason for arsenal fans to want wenger out than chelsea fans wanting rafa out, yet you dont see arsenal fans hanging many banners and singing many songs wanting him, so to assume all fans would react the same if they had rafa is stupid

Wanting him out*!
