Not at all. But they way you defend him against some criticisms, and the way you slag off Livermore, just seem a bit contradicting.

It's almost as if you blame Livermore for playing - not AVB for playing Livermore.

Holtby looked way of the pace agaisnt Arsenal when he came on, he will need to be eased into the side, and this season I am quite happy for him to be a sub. Next season he will be up for speed.

He shouldnt be dropped when we have no width at LM Chronic - this takes me back to Liverpool away in 2009/10 when we had Charlie, Niko and Luka in 3 of the 4 wide positions and got beat 2-0.

Got to have at least two naturally wide players for me. I see us being punished down that left side tonight

In hindsight, this game is crying out for Townsend.

then during the game i slag off livermore when he continually facks up

then after the game i slag off avb again for picking him.



slag off is too harsh. criticise lets say.

i am yet to see livermore do something that is worthy of the england cap he has.

his lack of ability sticks out like a sore thumb in this side - not his fault, he just isnt good enough

We're protecting a comfy lead, that is the logic in including Livermore I imagine.

He didn't look half bad against Liverpool either. I don't recall him doing anything of any note & on the other hand he didn't do anything terribly wrong. He should be able to handle himself tonight IMO

Me too. Sending our only cover for the wing position out on loan was amateur - at best.

instead of having him at QPR playing every minute and getting good so he is ready for the first team, we should have him rotting on our bench with the occasional ten minute cameo
