Dados <another whyte lie.>
Murray created Whyte.
Green helped him win ownership.

In the D&P final report dated 27 September 2012, they stated:
"7.1 A detailed outline of the marketing process undertaken by the Joint Administrators which preceded the sale of the business, history and certain assets of the Club to Newco on 14 June 2012, was provided in the previous report to creditors dated 10 July 2012."
"Newco" is defined in this report as "The Rangers Football Club Limited (Formerly Se vco Scotland Limited) of Ibrox Stadium, Glasgow G51 2XD (Company number SC425159)"
seems stv cant even get their facts straight.
Green helped him win ownership.
helped who?
green only owns 8% of Rangers
some of the sh it folk are happy to perpetuate/believe
Dos the comments from them tonight are lifted from the Rangers communications official releases.
They are also very clear that the ultimate asset owner is Sev c o Scotland. It's the interim step that I in question.
If all above board then nothing to worry about clearly but you have a man willing (at this point) to go to court on this....
Both facts confirmed tonight by STV.
must be true then
must be true then

Unlike you and me they are bound by stupid things like law Laudrup...
tafka you sound as if you want to believe that
do you think maybe whyte is possibly a bit misunderstood and green is really the villan
..and in other news...from the bbc..
Rangers: Ally McCoist seeks clarity from Charles Green over coaches
..and then you read the story, and no such words are uttered..

read d&p's report.
it makes it crystal clear that Rangers assets were never in ownership of sev co 5088, 5088 was a ruse to part whyte with his shares, it was (supposedly) to be used in the event of a cva being agreed.
the assets were sold to Se vco Scotland Limited, fck all to do with whyte
the real question to be asked here is was green really serious at all about agreeing a cva
Laudrup to be honest I don't know which one is more shifty.
I do believe that while Whyte brought the club to its knees, green is also hardly to be trusted.
"I can confirm to you right now that I have not entered into any discussions at all with Charles regarding Kenny or Ian," said McCoist.
and from that chic dung fabricates a whole bull sh it story.
why is our media getting it so wrong?
I do believe that while Whyte brought the club to its knees, green is also hardly to be trusted.
why?
the assets were sold to Se vco Scotland Limited, fck all to do with whyte
----
dos genuine question..
While I appreciate Whyte was "on side" before being used do you really believe he would be that daft to just allow an asset transfer without any recourse?

Laudrup <do you think maybe whyte is possibly a bit misunderstood and green is really the villan>
Whyte & Green are not villains or saints.
They are Undertakers.
Cos yer Ma's died don't blame them.
They're scavengers who only gravitate towards wounded giants.
Murray is the villain.
i think 70% of rangers fans take his wild statements with a pinch of salt i know i do
i think too many other people outside ibrox take him too seriously
Not saying you are wrong here but how many times has whyte threatened to sue and actually went through with it?
----
To my knowledge 2 Curly.
While I don't take his comments as absolute Curly he is after money. Now character deformation is one thing but this is cash. One thing he is driven by.
Might still be total pash but the point was Green has left himself exposed to doubt with all of these links.
Proven...maybe not, but sh it sticks...for a long time...
While I appreciate Whyte was "on side" before being used do you really believe he would be that daft to just allow an asset transfer without any recourse?
-----------------
it raises some interesting questions, for example was green ever interested in a cva?
but in the final anaysis when the cva was refused whyte wasnt needed, his shares where in the company, the club, as part of the companies assets was sold to green, whyte was nt needed and neither was 5088.
none of this is relevent to Rangers current situation so you also have to ask why the sh it stirring and why is whyte suddenly the media's oracle of truth?
Murray is the villain.
That curly haired tennis player.....
I knew it!
Dallas cowboys-just laughable
Murray park rename-might still happen
500m viewers to rangers tv-just laughable
Ibrox re name -i think it will happen
